How do I join a channel?
Enter your name, type a channel number, and select Join Channel.
Do I need an account?
No. TrulyChat works without sign-up. Just pick a name and a channel.
How do I invite others?
Share the channel number or use the Invite option from the chat menu.
Can I change my name?
Yes. Use Change name from the menu to update it for your current session.
Why can't I use a name that already exists?
Names are unique within a channel so everyone can recognize who is speaking.
Does chat history stay forever?
Messages are stored for the channel so participants can read them while in the room. Avoid sharing sensitive information.
Can I reuse a channel number?
Yes. Anyone with the same number joins the same room, so choose a fresh number when you want a new space.
How do I switch the theme?
Open the hamburger menu and select the theme option. Your choice is saved.
